Kelly Love Manning, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduated Summa Cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2003 with a degree in Finance. After working in southern California as a consultant for a national mortgage lender, she returned to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee College of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007. She was also a member of the Tennesse Chapter of the National Order of the Coif. After graduation, Ms. Manning worked for a large law firm in Atlanta representing banks and other lenders in securitized mortgage transactions. In 2009, Ms. Manning returned to east Tennessee and began practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and creditors' rights. Ms. Manning is now adding Business Transactions to her practice areas. She is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia. She is also an adjunct professor of Contract Drafting for the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Manning is a participant in the Blount County Schools Read for Success/Mentoring Program.
