Originally from Oxford, North Carolina, P. Andrew (Andy) Sneed graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wake Forest University in 1992 with a degree in philosophy. He then obtained a Master of Divinity degree magna cum laude from Duke University in 1995 and served for ten years as a United Methodist pastor in Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2008, Mr. Sneed graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in Business Transactions. Mr. Sneed practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Estate Administration, Business Law, Transactions, and Bankruptcy Law (creditor representation). He is a member of the Blount County, Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the state court of Tennessee as well as federal court.
