Sherri L. DeCosta Alley graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law magna cum laude in 2003 after obtaining her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Originally born in West Warwick, Rhode Island, Ms. Alley was active in law school as a member of the Order of the Barristers, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Moot Court Board. She is a member of the Blount County, Loudon County, Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations and the Knoxville Estate Planning Council. Ms. Alley practices in the areas of Conservatorships, Estate Planning, Wills, Trust Law, Probate, Elder Law, and Nonprofit Corporations.
