Originally from Oxford, North Carolina, P. Andrew (Andy) Sneed graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wake Forest University in 1992 with a degree in philosophy. He then obtained a Master of Divinity degree magna cum laude from Duke University in 1995 and served for ten years as a United Methodist pastor in Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2008, Mr. Sneed graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in Business Transactions. Mr. Sneed has been with Kizer & Black since 2006.  He practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Business Law, and Transactions. A member of the Blount County, Knoxville, and Tennessee Bar Associations, Mr. Sneed is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Mr. Sneed and his wife, Susan, have been married since 1991 and have one child.  Mr. Sneed is an active member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, where he has taught classes, served on the Vestry (2009-2011), and served as Junior Warden (2011).
